Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Property Manager to own the management and maintenance of our data center asset in Hillsboro, OR. You will oversee a team, manage finances, and ensure lease and operational objectives are met for high-value customer environments.

You’ll coordinate with Technical Operations and Asset Management while driving improvements, cost controls, and exceptional customer service. This role offers growth within a global data center leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Four to seven years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial terms and analysis.
• Ability to resolve situations or complaints from customers, employees, or management.
• HVAC and electrical infrastructure knowledge (including primary and back-up systems).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with acquisitions and implementing new systems is a plus.
• Willing to travel for training and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including rent collection and expenses.
• Oversee lease compliance between landlord and customer.
• Respond to customer requests and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFPs, service agreements, and vendor performance.
• Perform property inspections and recommend asset improvements.
• Coordinate with Asset Manager and Technical Operations to meet objectives.
• Supervise and develop team; set and attain performance goals.
• Develop, coach, and counsel team members.
