Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager across a diverse portfolio. You will help with financial reporting, budgeting, accruals, and property inspections while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.

You will manage vendor services, prepare budgets and variance reports, handle accounts receivable/payable, coordinate tenant events, and maintain relationships with tenants and internal teams to meet corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in commercial property management and financial reporting.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Ability to analyze financial statements with accruals and budgeting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software (Yardi).
• Clear written and verbal communication; fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, operating and capital expenditure plans.
• Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, monthly and variance reports.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable including rent collection and reconciliations.
• Coordinate customer requests with Property Management and Technical Operations.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFPs, service agreements and SLA performance.
• Schedule maintenance with vendors and customers; perform property inspections.
• Maintain relationships with Asset Manager, tenants and external partners.
• Track certificates of insurance and maintain vendor/customer records.
