Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial terms, budgeting, accruals and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports and variance analysis.
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable, rent collection, accruals and reconciliations.
• Respond to customer requests; coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations teams.
• Oversee vendor selection, service agreements and performance against SLAs.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance with vendors and customers.
• Conduct property inspections and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with Asset Manager and Technical Operations teams.
