Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in all aspects of portfolio management, with a focus on the financial piece, including reporting, budgeting, accruals, and reconciliations. You will handle vendor management, inspections, tenant events, accounts receivable/payable, and ensure lease compliance while collaborating with Asset Manager and Technical Operations.

• Bachelor's degree in business/real estate/ accounting/ finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of commercial property management and financial reporting experience.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Experience with financial reporting, accruals, and budgeting.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance analyses (including accruals, journal entries, and heavy financial reporting).
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, including rent collection and expense payments; reconcile CAM estimates and true-ups; ensure lease compliance.
• Respond to tenant requests; coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
• Oversee vendor selection and performance; manage RFPs and service agreements; monitor SLAs.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance with vendors and customers; conduct property inspections; propose improvements.
