Job summary
Digital Realty is seeking a Property Manager to own the operation and maintenance of a data center facility. You will lead a team, oversee budgeting and financial reports, and ensure lease compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships.
You will coordinate with the Property Management and Technical Operations teams to solve issues, supervise vendors, and drive asset performance. A business/real estate/finance background is expected with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, real estate or finance.
- 4–7 years of related property management experience.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data.
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasts, monthly reports and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, rent collection, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure lease compliance and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Management and Technical Operations teams to solve issues.
- Supervise staff, set performance goals, and coach team members.
- Perform regular property inspections and recommend asset enhancements.
