Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Property Manager in Clifton, NJ to own the overall management and maintenance of a data center property. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and service quality.

The role requires 4–7 years of related experience, a business/real estate/finance degree, and strong financial acumen. Travel for training may be necessary, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and asset optimization.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or finance or equivalent experience.
• Four to seven years of related property management experience is required.
• Strong financial understanding and ability to analyze complex decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Experience with HVAC and electrical infrastructure concepts is preferred.
• Travel for training and orientation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, planning, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly and variance reports.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and rent collections per lease terms.
• Ensure compliance with customer lease agreements and obligations.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
• Maintain relationships with customers and supervise vendor services.
• Conduct regular property inspections and suggest asset improvements.
• Lead and coach the property management team toward goals.
