Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager across a broad range of financial and operational duties for the assigned portfolio. You will contribute to financial reporting, accruals, budgeting, and vendor coordination while assisting with day-to-day property operations.

You will engage with tenants and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, conduct inspections and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience in commercial property management and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial terms and principles with experience in reporting, accruals and budgeting.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Report to the Property Manager and support all budgeting and financial processes for the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports and variance analysis including accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes including rent collection and expense payments.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
• Oversee vendor selection, RFP processes, service agreements and monitor SLA performance.
• Schedule and manage maintenance with vendors and customers.
• Perform regular property inspections and recommend improvements for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Asset Manager and Technical Operations to meet corporate objectives.
