• Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgeting, accruals, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of management for the assigned portfolio, focusing on financials.
• Prepare and review financial reports, accruals, reforecasts, budgeting, and reconciliations.
• Manage vendor services, LPAs, service agreements, and SLA performance.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance with vendors and customers.
• Maintain relationships with tenants, assets, and internal teams.
