Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Property Manager to own the overall management and maintenance of a data center property. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive performance for a high-visibility facility.

You’ll oversee financials, vendor relations, tenant communications, and compliance with lease terms while collaborating with the Asset Manager and Technical Operations teams. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance or comparable experience.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of financial terms and the ability to analyze complex financial and business decisions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel for training and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance reports.
• Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including rent collection and expenses.
• Ensure lease obligations are met and monitor vendor service agreements.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Technical Operations teams to resolve issues for customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and with the Asset Manager and team.
