Veeam seeks a Senior Partner Manager - Data & AI Security to grow our Data & AI Security channel across national and regional partners. You will shape go-to-market, build replicable playbooks, campaigns, and co-selling programs to uncover partner-led business.

You’re a channel leader who can drive accountability, scale practices, and bring deep domain expertise with sales enablement and executive credibility.

Qualifications

• Significant channel or alliances experience with strategic or national partners.
• Proven track record exceeding revenue targets via VARs/MSPs/GSIs.
• Experience building new partner practices within existing alliances.
• Ability to shape and execute channel strategy with executive credibility.
• Cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, or AI security expertise with DSPM/GRC fluency.
• Strong sales enablement and peership with C-level partner leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own Data & AI Security partner revenue and pipeline targets including forecasting.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via joint campaigns and co-selling.
• Lead channel strategy and pipeline motion across partnerships; retain relationship ownership.
• Develop scalable rules of engagement, playbooks, and enablement frameworks.
• Represent partners to internal teams for programs, incentives, and roadmaps.
• Secure executive sponsorship for Data & AI Security practices and multi-year plans.
• Recruit and activate partner sellers and services teams at scale.
• Lead sales enablement across DSPM, AI Security, AI Governance, Privacy and GRC.
• Help partners develop repeatable service offerings and competitive positioning.
