Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Senior Partner Manager – Data & AI Security to scale our security practice through strategic national and regional partners. This role reports into channel leadership and drives Data & AI Security channel sales with Veeam Channel Managers who own the relationships.

You’ll shape GTM, build repeatable playbooks and campaigns, and lead multi-year joint business plans to grow partner revenue and pipeline across Data & AI Security domains like DSPM, AI governance and GRC.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping channel strategy and executing it.
• Command of partner-led selling, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Executive presence with C-level partner leaders.
• Hands-on experience with DSPM, AI governance, privacy or GRC platforms.
• Record of exceeding revenue targets through VARs, MSPs, and/or GSIs.
• Experience building partner-led services practices.
• Ability to turn technical capabilities into business outcomes and to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel for partner engagements and field coverage.
• Significant channel or alliances experience managing strategic or national-level partners.
• Cybersecurity, data governance, privacy or AI security expertise; fluent in DSPM, AI Governance and GRC.

Responsibilities

• Own Data & AI Security partner revenue and pipeline targets.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns.
• Lead Data & AI Security strategy and pipeline motion in each partnership.
• Build rules of engagement, playbooks and frameworks that scale the overlay model.
• Represent partners to internal teams to shape programs, incentives, and roadmap.
• Secure partner executive sponsorship for the Data & AI Security plan.
• Assess partner potential and build multi-year joint business plans.
• Lead business reviews and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments.
• Recruit and activate partner sellers, engineers and services teams at scale.
• Lead sales enablement across Data Security, DSPM, AI Security, AI Governance, Privacy and GRC.
• Help partners build repeatable service offerings and competitive positioning.
• Ensure attainment of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets.
