Job summary

Veeam Software in Seattle offers a Senior Partner Manager – Data & AI Security role that drives channel revenue, builds scalable partner programs, and aligns executive sponsorship with strategic partners. You will shape GTM across Securiti initiatives and lead enablement for DSPM, AI governance and GRC capabilities.

The role demands a proven ability to manage complex partner ecosystems, forecast pipeline, and deliver multi-year joint business plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant channel or alliances experience managing strategic or national-level partners.
• A track record of exceeding revenue targets through VARs, MSPs, and/or GSIs.
• Experience shaping channel strategy and executing it.
• Executive presence with C-level partner leaders.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, data governance, privacy or AI security (DSPM, AI governance, GRC).
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and influence without authority.
• Mentoring peers and channel teams; guiding sales reps through partner processes.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own Data & AI Security partner revenue and pipeline targets, including planning and forecasting.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint campaigns and co-selling.
• Lead Data & AI Security strategy and pipeline motion in each partnership; channel managers maintain relationships.
• Recruit and activate partner sellers, engineers and services teams at scale; enablement across DSPM, AI governance and GRC.
• Measure success via partner-sourced/revenue targets, active practices, and executive alignment.
