Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager – Data & AI Security to grow our Securiti practice through strategic national and regional partners. You will drive Data & AI Security channel sales alongside Veeam Channel Managers, shaping the partner go-to-market and building scalable playbooks.

You will recruit and enable partner sellers and engineers, develop multi-year joint business plans, and secure executive sponsorship for the practice. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant channel or alliances experience with strategic/national partners.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets via VARs/MSPs/GSIs.
• Experience building and leading new partner-led practices.

Responsibilities

• Own partner revenue and pipeline targets, including forecasting.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via joint campaigns and co-selling.
• Shape channel go-to-market for Data & AI Security with scalable playbooks and enablement.
• Build engagement rules, playbooks, and partner programs; coordinate with internal teams.
