Job summary

DoorDash is expanding its Dasher Tasks team and seeks an Associate to own end-to-end workstreams, from hypothesis through piloting to scaling. You will pull data in SQL, model in Excel/Sheets, define KPIs, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership to build scalable playbooks.

The role offers ownership in a fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar business with opportunities across markets, pilots, and international expansion.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, analytics, program management, or a high-growth startup/ops environment.
• Data-fluent and analytical: comfortable pulling data in SQL and modeling in Excel/Sheets.
• Ownership mindset in ambiguity with bias to action and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workstreams across Dasher Tasks from hypothesis to scale.
• Turn real-world data into decisions using SQL and Excel; define KPIs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and leadership.
• Build playbooks and SOPs to scale pilots into durable business.
