Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate for the Dasher Tasks, Strategy & Operations team to own end-to-end workstreams. You will size opportunities, design operations, launch pilots, and scale successful tasks across the platform.

You’ll pull data in SQL, model in Excel/Sheets, define KPIs, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and S&O leadership to turn pilots into durable, revenue-driving capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in strategy & operations, consulting, analytics, or high-growth startups.
• Data-fluent and analytical: able to pull data and model decisions.
• Ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workstreams across Dasher Tasks from hypothesis to scale.
• Design operations, run pilots, and ship improvements.
• Define KPIs, analyze data, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and S&O leadership.
