IBM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Cybersecurity to drive growth and revenue across cybersecurity solutions while shaping client engagements from initial contact through delivery and post-sales support.

Lead cross-functional teams, develop market strategies, and maintain strong relationships with financial services clients to ensure long-term profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity or technology risk consulting experience.
• Experience selling and delivering cybersecurity engagements within financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of financial services regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, NYDFS 23 NYCRR 500, GLBA, SOX, PCI DSS).
• Track record advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders and translating technical risk into business terms.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional delivery teams and managing multimillion-dollar engagement portfolios (P&L ownership).
• Proven business development skills including origination, proposal development, and closing engagements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites typically around 60% (engagement-dependent).
