Job summary

MBCTG is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity to own post-sale relationships with industrial and manufacturing clients, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.

You will work closely with sales and executive stakeholders to protect revenue, lead business reviews, and support renewals while delivering measurable value in a fast-growing security-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical account management.
• Experience working with enterprise or industrial customers.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
• Organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, network security, or technical environments.
• Ability to travel occasionally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner
• Conduct onboarding alignment sessions with new customers
• Monitor adoption and engagement
• Identify and elevate technical or operational risks
• Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities
• Lead regular business reviews with customer stakeholders
• Support renewal preparation and forecasting
• Gather structured feedback to improve positioning and delivery
