Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Cyber to lead a team of 5–10 CSMs serving cybersecurity accounts across Claude-based surfaces. You will coach and develop the team, build scalable CS processes, and collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and ensure value realization.

This role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to engage CISOs and principal engineers.

Qualifications

7+ years in customer success or related roles; 2+ years in frontline management
Experience building CS teams in SaaS, API, or AI/ML
Experience managing enterprise portfolios $1M-$100M ARR
Cybersecurity domain experience preferred
Strong ROI articulation and business outcomes focus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Office presence required at least 25% of the time in the future

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of 5–10 CSMs serving cybersecurity accounts across Anthropic products
Drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for customers
Build scalable CS processes, playbooks, and QBR templates
Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align account strategies
Own portfolio planning and renewal risk mitigation; develop expansion pipelines
Represent Anthropic with executive stakeholders and drive customer advocacy
