Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager (Remote) to partner with security and IT stakeholders, turning deployment into ongoing value. You will work with sales, SE, PS, and Support to monitor health, adoption, and renewal readiness while shaping expansion opportunities.

The role requires translating complex cybersecurity concepts into practical guidance and collaborating with executives and engineers to mitigate blockers and drive value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CSM/TSM/TAM/Technical Consultant or similar.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams and understand their priorities and success outcomes.
• Create technical success plans to help customers adopt the platform and realise measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases and guide transition from deployment to active use to accelerate Time-to-Value.
