Job summary

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to drive adoption, expand accounts, and deliver successful outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, preferably in a technical field such as MIS or information technology.
• Experience with enterprise networking and security operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and promote the highest value application of the company in the customer's environment.
• Secure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities by helping customers achieve successful outcomes with the company products and services.
• Engage end-users to provide targeted assistance and enablement—remote and on-site.
• Assist in assessing customer needs and coordinate high-value services such as Professional Services and advanced training.
• Lead and facilitate new customers' onboarding and introduction to the company.
• Document customer health and maturity levels to improve engagement strategy.
• Coordinate direct customer engagement workflows and evangelize the company to a broad user base.
• Collaborate with the local account team to align goals with technical execution and drive adoption and expansion.
• Contribute to Voice of Customer activities and provide input on product roadmap priorities.
• Represent customer needs across business units and with technology leaders.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans with outcomes and value expectations.
• Promote use of community platform and self-service capabilities.
