Job summary

Serco invites applications for a Cyber Systems Engineer to support the Combat Air Force Distributed Mission Operations (CAF DMO) 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused team performing test, integration, and evaluation of simulation systems to enable interoperable training with the DoD customer and other Serco teams.

The role requires maintaining a DoD Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, plus 5 years of related engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years of test, integration, SW development, or embedded systems engineering.
• Or an Associate’s degree and 7 years of engineering experience in similar activities.
• DoD or DoD-related customer support experience preferred.
• Must possess or obtain DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry tools (Wireshark, CGFs) to analyze performance and interop.
• Develop/test plans and procedures; draft comprehensive test reports.
