Serco is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer in Hampton, VA to support CAF DMO 3.0 testing and integration. You will work on evaluation of M&S systems, develop test plans, and generate detailed test reports for DoD customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI) and up-to-date IAT Level II certifications, with travel up to 10%. You will collaborate with Langley AFB and Orlando teams to ensure interoperability and mission

Formación

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of engineering/test experience.
• Or Associate’s degree and 7 years of engineering experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers in a technical capacity.
• Familiarity with military training systems.
• Must obtain DoD 8140 IAT Level II within six months.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE.
• Use Wireshark and CGFs for test analysis and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
• Draft comprehensive test reports from testing activities.
• Assist in CONOPS and multiple COAs for deployment.
• Contribute to engineering lifecycle tasks and training support.
• Produce test procedures and scripts under senior guidance.
• Utilize Atlassian tools for project tracking and reviews.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
