Job summary

Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused team of engineers conducting test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems to support 5th/6th generation training interoperability with DoD customers.

An active DoD Secret clearance is required, with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. A STEM degree with extensive engineering test experience is essential, plus travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required or ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5 years of engineering test/integration experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools (Wireshark, CGFs) for test and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures; draft comprehensive test reports.
