Job summary

Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for its CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. The role supports testing, integration, and evaluation of simulation and M&S systems to enable DoD training interoperability across networks and environments.

You will work with DoD customers and Serco teams, developing test plans, scripts, and procedures, and using tools like Wireshark and Jira/Confluence. Requires DoD clearance and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of engineering test/integration experience.
• Associate’s degree and 7 years engineering test/integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing.
• Use industry-standard tools for simulation test and evaluation (Wireshark, CGFs).
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures; draft test reports.
