Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused team performing test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems to support 5th/6th gen training interoperability with the DoD customer and other Serco teams.

A DoD Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. You will use industry tools such as Wireshark, JIRA, Confluence, and scripting to develop test plans, reports, and CONOPS.

Formación

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of engineering experience in test, integration, software development, or embedded systems activities.
• Or an Associate’s degree and 7 years of similar engineering experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers in a technical capacity.
• Familiarity with development, test and evaluation of military training or operational systems.
• Must possess, or obtain within six months, a DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher (Security+, CySA+, CISSP).
• The ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability test to support DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools for simulation test and evaluation including Wireshark and CGFs.
• Assist in analysis of network and computational system performance including latency, bandwidth, jitter, and system occupancy measures.
• Help develop and maintain test plans and procedures to document and drive test activities.
• Draft comprehensive test reports based on completed integration, test, evaluation, and verification tasks.
• Assist in development of CONOPS and multiple COAs for deployment of the evaluated simulation capabilities.
• Contribute to other areas of the engineering life cycle including requirements review and training operations support.
• Produce concise test procedures and test cases under senior engineer guidance.
• Support program processes using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, X-Ray).
• Participate in peer reviews, test bed maintenance, and debugging activities.
• Write and maintain scripts and support applications (PowerShell, Cygwin, VBScript) to improve artifact creation and task execution.
• Identify production and non-production issues and implement solutions as needed.
