Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for its CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA.

The role focuses on test, integration, and evaluation of distributed mission systems to support air force training interoperability; a DoD Secret clearance is required with eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. You will collaborate with DoD customers and Serco teams at Langley AFB and Orlando, performing test planning, execution, and documentation, while using Atlassian tools and scripting to improve test

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of testing, integration, SW development, or embedded systems work.
• DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR within timeframe.
• Experience with DoD customers and military training or operational systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and concise reports.
• Draft CONOPS and COAs for deployment of simulated capabilities.
• Use Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, X-Ray) to support processes.
• Create test scripts and small programs (PowerShell, Cygwin, VBasic) to automate tasks.
• Collaborate in reviews, test bed maintenance, and debugging activities.
