Job summary

Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused engineering team to test, integrate, and evaluate distributed mission operations and related systems, collaborating with DoD customers and Serco teams at Langley AFB and Orlando.

This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a STEM degree with relevant engineering experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to maintain/obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years engineering experience in test, integration, SW development, or embedded systems, or an Associate’s degree with 7 years.
• Experience with DoD customers in a technical role and familiarity with military training/operational systems.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher (Security+, CySA+, CISSP) or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing.
• Use industry-standard tools for simulation test and evaluation (Wireshark, CGFs).
• Develop test plans, procedures, and comprehensive test reports.
• Assist in CONOPS and multiple COAs for deployment of capabilities.
• Maintain scripts and programs to enable test artifact creation and task execution.
