Job summary

Rymax is seeking a motivated Customer Relations Associate at our Morris County, New Jersey headquarters. You will contact customers and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service, accurate orders, and smooth program execution.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for reports and KPI tracking to support sales teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Dynamics GP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, web, and chat.
• Manage orders and inventory transactions in Dynamics GP.
• Process returns, claims, and warranty requests.
• Develop and share internal and client-facing reports.
• Track client KPIs like backorders and shipment performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and others.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
