Rymax is seeking a motivated Customer Relations Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey. You will be a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and accurate order management.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to support program execution in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, web platforms, and chat.
• Manage customer orders and inventory in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Process returns, claims, warranty requests, and related issues.
• Develop and distribute internal and client-facing reports for sales teams and customers.
• Track client KPIs such as backorders, shipments, and cancellations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
