Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient in using Computers for Data Entry and Management.
• Familiarity with Phone Systems.

Responsabilités

• Take supply orders from customers.
• Prepare supply quotes for customers.
• Take service calls from customers.
• Track shipments, research and solve issues with customer orders.
• Trouble shoot with customer over the phone on service call issues
• Assist Administration Team with side tasks/duties
