Job summary

TurfCasa, based in Lakeway, Texas, is seeking a remote, full-time team member to help customers and process orders from home. This role coordinates with on-site fulfillment but does not involve warehouse, installation, or facilities work. Starting pay is $19.25–$22.50 per hour, with paid training and 10 days of accrued PTO for full-time staff, plus six holidays.

Part-time employees receive prorated PTO. Entry-level applicants are welcome and schedules are provided two weeks in advance where

Job description

Help customers get accurate answers and complete orders remotely. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.
