Job summary

TurfCasa in Lakeway, Texas, is hiring for a remote, full-time sales support role. You will respond to inbound sales inquiries, explain product options, compare products, and coordinate with fulfillment to hand off order details for entry.

Entry-level applicants are welcome and paid training is provided. FT employees receive 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays; part-time options may be considered.

Job description

Help interested customers choose TurfCasa products through remote conversations. Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided. Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What will help you succeed

Comfort speaking with customers and explaining product information clearly. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.
