Job summary

TurfCasa is seeking a remote logistics coordinator to support outbound shipments from Texas via our on-site fulfillment teams. This role is primarily remote and is full-time; it does not involve warehouse work.

You’ll prepare shipment records, coordinate carrier arrangements, track statuses and communicate with customer service. Entry-level applicants are welcome, paid training is provided, and benefits include PTO and holidays.

Job description

Coordinate outbound shipment information and carrier handoffs remotely.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Prepare shipment records from approved order details.
• Coordinate carrier arrangements with the on-site fulfillment team using approved procedures.
• Track shipment status and route exceptions to customer service or operations.

What will help you succeed

Accurate address checking and organized shipment tracking. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.

Benefits and schedule

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
