Job description

Keep customers and delivery teams aligned on delivery arrangements.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $21.50-$25.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What will help you succeed

Clear communication and calm handling of schedule changes. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.

Benefits and schedule

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
