Job summary

TurfCasa is seeking a remote order fulfillment coordinator to track confirmed orders from release through fulfillment handoff. This is a full-time, U.S.-based remote role supporting TurfCasa with an office in Lakeway, Texas. You will review orders, monitor progress, and keep customer service and on-site teams informed of status changes.

Job description

Track confirmed orders from release through fulfillment handoff.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $19.25-$22.50 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

Benefits and schedule

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
