Job summary

Turf Casa is seeking a remote Operations Scheduler to maintain the shared schedule and coordinate with our on-site fulfillment teams. This role does not involve warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work, and is open to U.S.-based applicants.

Full-time is the primary opening, with paid training and potential for part-time consideration. Pay ranges from $21.50 to $25.75 per hour depending on experience and skills.

Job description

Maintain the shared operations schedule and communicate changes.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $21.50-$25.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

Benefits and schedule

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
