Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and build relationships with customers, promoting financial solutions. The role includes handling payments, deposits, and everyday branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a full-time CSR, you will engage with current and prospective customers, contribute to loan production, and participate in our training and promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and preparing deposits accurately.
• Execute office administrative activities, including checking branch mail, filing, purchasing office supplies, etc.
