Tower Loan is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be at the heart of our business in an on-site role. You will deliver excellent service, build relationships, and promote financial solutions while helping customers manage loan-related tasks.

The position involves processing payments, balancing cash drawers, handling office duties, and processing loan applications with opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and accounting activities, including balancing and deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities such as mail, filing, and supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
