Job summary

Tower Loan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, process payments, and promote financial solutions. This on-site role emphasizes building customer relationships and supporting loan production in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time hours, a schedule Monday–Friday with potential weekend hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior cash handling or sales experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting relevant financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and deposits, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Execute office administrative activities, including mail, filing, and purchasing supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
