RXO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Charlotte, NC to help maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues, ensuring customers have a positive experience.

You will support Sales with key accounts, enter loads, schedule pickups, and monitor shipments from start to finish while coordinating with customers and warehouses. A fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales with managing the branch’s key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipment status from inception to delivery and communicate with customers.
• Handle issues on shipments and share updates with customers.
• Enter information into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and prepare loads for accounting; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate shipment, billing or follow-up issues to Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
• Prioritize daily workload and focus on accounts, including load entry, tracking and reporting.
• Monitor report cards.
