Job summary

RXO is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. You will support sales with key accounts, enter loads, schedule pickups, and monitor shipments from inception to delivery.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently or in a team, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or in a team.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing branch's key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm shipment status notes.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments from start to finish and inform customers of status.
• Resolve shipment issues and provide updates to the customer.
• Enter data into TMS and prep loads for accounting; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate billing or follow-up issues to Sales Manager.
• Prioritize daily workload and monitor report cards.
• Monitor report cards.
