Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Knoxville to maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will support sales with key accounts, log load information, and coordinate pickup/delivery appointments. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branch’s key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments from inception to delivery and communicate status to customers.
• Handle shipment issues and share updates with the customer.
• Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate shipment, billing or follow-up issues to the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
• Prioritize daily workload and focus on account loads, tracking and reporting.
• Monitor report cards.
