Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions in North America. The Customer Operations Representative supports sales, enters loads, tracks shipments, and resolves issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

This role emphasizes accurate data entry in the Transportation Management System, proactive communication with customers and internal teams, and prioritizing workload to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Understanding of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads and notes about shipment status.
• Track shipments from start to finish and update customers.
• Enter data into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and prep for accounting.
• Communicate shipment, billing or follow-up issues to Sales Manager.
• Prioritize daily workload across accounts.
• Support Sales with managing key accounts.
