Job summary

RXO is seeking a Representative, Customer Operations to help ensure our customers have a seamless shipping experience across North America. You will maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues that arise, collaborating with Sales and Carrier Operations.

In this role you will enter loads into the Transportation Management System (TMS), confirm shipment notes, schedule pickups, and communicate status updates to customers, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branch's key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes on shipment status.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments from start to finish and update customers.
• Resolve shipment issues and share updates with customers.
• Enter information into the TMS and prepare loads for accounting.
• Communicate shipment and billing issues to Sales Manager and Carrier Operations Group.
• Prioritize daily workload and account focus, including load entry and tracking.
• Monitor report cards.
