Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branch's key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm notes about shipment status.
• Schedule pickup and delivery with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipment status from start to finish and update the customer.
• Handle shipment issues and relay information to the Sales Manager.
