Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver outstanding service and maintain Canon-supported equipment on-site within your territory, working directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure uptime.

This role requires travel, lifting, and the ability to complete an introductory PDIF class. Strong communication helps build trust with clients and supports branch metrics and overall performance.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel with a valid driverfs license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time.
• Must be able to obtain security clearances as required by customers.

Responsabilidades

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Support branch/district metric targets through high-quality service.
