This customer-facing role emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, and quality service. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are able to travel with a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 50 pounds while remaining active most of the day.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Proven strong communication skills with customers.
• Willingness to travel and drive; valid license and clean record.
• Must be able to obtain required security/clearances.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Assist in achieving branch/district metrics.
