Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and improve efficiency in the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products. This role is customer-facing and requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

You will report on product failure trends, complete required service documentation, and maintain all technical information and field reports. This position offers an hourly rate with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to achieving branch/district metric targets.
