Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact; trains crew on the service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities; ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; manage staff and operations.
• Open/close store; cash handling, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and store processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
