Job summary

Five Below in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will supervise crew, train associates, manage opening/closing duties, and help control stock and cash handling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew deliver WOW customer service through personal contact
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure great service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff
• Open or close the store; manage cash and security
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery
• Perform store maintenance and maintain stock room
